A few years ago, while walking through the markets of Rajouri Garden, I noticed something that stuck with me. All around me were shops, clinics and salons doing excellent work — but online, almost none of them existed. Customers were searching on Google for exactly what these businesses offered, and walking into competitors instead.

The few owners who had paid for a website were often worse off. They'd spent good money on pages that simply sat there — slow, hard to use on a phone, and never showing up in search. No calls, no WhatsApp messages, no walk-ins. That gap is what bothered me the most. I decided I couldn't just notice the problem anymore — these businesses deserved an online presence that actually worked, so I built ArtisticBird to give it to them.
